Pricing & Payment

see how you can obtain your services absolutely free! Pricing generally runs
$15 - $25 per hour (charged in 15 minute
increments) based on the scope of the work, but I can also provide you with a quote on a per
project basis. There is a small additional charge for rush and
weekend work.
Proofreading by the word is 1.5 cents (yes, just 1 1/2
pennies) for less than 10,000 words, 1 cent for 10,000 - 30,000
words, and you receive an additional 10% discount if you have over
30,000
words.
Copy Editing and Proofreading by the word is
2.5 cents (2 1/2 pennies) for less than 10,000 words, 2 cents
for 10,000 - 30,000 words, and you receive an additional 10% discount if you have over
30,000
words.
Manuscript or School Paper Typing is $28 per hour, which
includes proofreading and editing.
Monthly billing /
retainer can be arranged for ongoing projects (such
as billing, newsletters, reporting, websites, etc.).

Bartering may also be an
option. Many times companies provide products and services
that I need so an arrangement can be made to "trade" services.
Contact me and we'll see if this is a viable option for us.
A 25% deposit is required when the project is started
(for all projects over $20),
with the balance due within 15 days of the completion of the
project (a $20 per month service fee will be applied to all
accounts over 30 days). Projects under $20 require
payment before the project is started.
Payment can be made via money order, PayPal (includes
credit cards), or check ($30 returned check charge
will apply).
Work will be provided back to you in the
manner requested (fax, e-mail, U.S. Postal Service,
UPS, etc.) at whatever my costs were plus 10% (copies of receipts
available upon request).
Free pick-up and delivery provided in
the Kentuckiana area (you'll know what that means if you live in
this area!).
